Tori Spelling is sharing an update on her health. According to Us Weekly, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum told fans on social media that she was hospitalized this week, writing in a since-expired Instagram Story on Wednesday, “Here I am in [the] hospital since late last night. To all of you who gas lit me when you were told I [was] too sick to work, well here I am.”
