Travis Kelce & Andy Reid Set The Record Straight On Heated Super Bowl Sidelines Moment
Travis Kelce and Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid are weighing on an intense Super Bowl sidelines moment. During the first half of the big game, cameras caught an apparently frustrated Travis come up to the coach and bump right into him, knocking Andy off balance as a seemingly heated exchange ensued. In the press room with reporters, Andy said that Travis had wanted to get back in the game… explaining, “He was really coming over just to go, ‘Just put me in, I’ll score. I’ll score.’ So that’s really what it was. I love that. It’s not the first time. So I appreciate him.” Travis also made it clear that there’s no bad blood there and sang Andy’s praises to reporters, saying in part, “He’s helped me a lot with that, with channeling that emotion and channeling that passion. I owe my entire career to that guy and being able to kind of control how emotional I get, and I just love him.”
