The Food Network star shared a video to her Instagram commemorating her 63rd birthday, revealing she was at the Amsterdam airport and that she’d be spending her birthday in Europe watching her son, Wolfgang Van Halen, perform. “I am so over the moon grateful on my birthday this year! I have survived the hardest six years of my life and now I’m in Amsterdam (one of my favorite places on earth with sweet special memories) And on Thursday, I get to watch my son open for Metallica! Life is good,” she penned in the caption. Valerie’s 63rd birthday marks her first since divorcing her husband Tom Vitale in November 2022.
