‘Yellowjackets’ Star Melanie Lynskey On Her Daughter Becoming An Actor: ‘It’s In Her Genes’

Melanie Lynskey’s daughter is following in her parent’s footsteps. “Listen, my husband [Jason Ritter] is third generation acting dynasty. I think it’s just in her genes,” she told Access Hollywood. “She loves being on a stage, she loves performing. I think it is what it is at this point.” Melanie also gushed over her female-led cast in “Yellowjackets.” Season 2 of “Yellowjackets” comes back to Showtime on March 24.
