Charlie Sheen’s “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option” tour has not been sunk!
After the show completely bombed during its opening night in Detroit and then improving significantly on night two in Chicago, the actor’s tour made its third stop in Cleveland, Ohio, on Tuesday night and was very well received by the crowd, according to multiple online reports.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, before Charlie took the stage, the crowd chanted “Detroit sucks!” and cheered wildly when the “Major League” star entered wearing a Cleveland Indians jersey. During the show, he said he hopes to make “Major League 3” and wants to film it in Cleveland.
THR also reported that Charlie’s goddesses, Rachel Oberlin and Natalie Kenly, again made brief appearances during Tuesday’s show.
TMZ reported that the actor again used a moderator during the two-hour performance and also took questions from the audience, who shouted from the house seats.
Towards the end of the show, the actor reportedly spoke again about his former CBS comedy, saying, “How many ‘Two and a Half Men’ fans are here? And who wants to see me back on it?” Do I want to be back on it? Well f*** yeah I do! I made them 5 billion!”
The actor reportedly ended his show with, “I love you all goodnight!” and the crowd took to their feet giving him a standing ovation.
TMZ reported that Sheen kept the party going after his live show at a local movie theater, where he screened his father’s film, “Apocalypse Now,” for the tour’s crew and many of his friends.
Charlie is due to perform for night four in Columbus, Ohio, tonight.
