Music lost a
legend on Sunday with the death of David Bowie at the age of 69.
Hollywood and
Bowie’s fellow music artists took to social media and shared their love and condolences for the iconic singer.

As previously
reported on AccessHollywood.com, a statement was posted on the singer’s
Facebook on Sunday reading, “David
Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous
18-month battle with cancer. While many of you will share in this loss, we ask
that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief.”
The
singer, who also had many notable acting roles during his career, is survived by his wife, supermodel Iman, and
his two children, son Duncan Jones and daughter Lexi Jones.
