Does former President Bill Clinton take his turn at diaper duty for granddaughter Charlotte?
The former Commander in ChiefÃÂ said he finds the newfangled diaper changing process of 2015 way more complicated than when daughter Chelsea Clinton was a baby in the ’80s.
“I’d be happy to change diapers, you know, but today, you gotta put all that anti-chafe stuff on their rear,” he commented on Thursday’s episode of “The Rachael Ray Show,” in a clip obtained by E!. “There’s more moving parts than there was when I was a dad.”

The grandfather-in-chief also revealed he plans to serenade 4-month-old Charlotte with his saxophone.
“I’ve actually resolved this year to start playing my horn again,” he said. “I want to play to my granddaughter.”
