Justin Timberlake Arrested In The Hamptons

Justin Timberlake has been arrested in the Hamptons on allegations of a DWI, Access Hollywood has learned.

The pop star was picked up by Sag Harbor Village Police Department on Monday night and, as of Tuesday morning, is in custody there, according to a Sag Harbor Village Police Department spokesperson.

The police department would not confirm specific charges Timberlake is facing, but said they will be releasing a formal statement at some point today. However, a Sag Harbor Justice Court spokesperson said that he is expected to be arraigned on at least one DWI charge this morning in justice court. Access Hollywood has reached out to Timberlake’s representatives for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
