SEATTLE, Wash. (April 9, 2007) — Former “Laguna Beach” star Jason Wahler has been arrested for the fourth time in the last nine months, this time after allegedly unleashing a barrage of offensive slurs at police, Access Hollywood has learned.
Wahler was arrested by King County police in Seattle shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday for alleged assault and criminal trespassing, authorities confirmed to Access.
When police took him into custody, Wahler reportedly called the arresting officer a ni***r, fa***t, and poor f**k,” according to the police report.
Police responded to a call from the Waterfront Marriott hotel in Seattle, after a hotel security guard phoned in a “disturbance between several people in the hotel,” according to the incident report released by police.
According to the report, the guard found Wahler and another man “wrestling on the floor.”
Wahler allegedly shoved and punched the unidentified man in the mouth before leaving the hotel, only to return a short time later.
When officers arrived, they said they found “a very intoxicated” Wahler “passed out on the floor in a hallway on the third floor.”
An “agitated and hostile” Wahler was taken into custody and escorted out of the hotel, as he allegedly unloaded on police with the racial and offensive comments. He was booked into King County Jail.
In March, Wahler was sentenced to two months in jail for punching a city worker and tow truck driver during an altercation in Los Angeles last year.
Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and was ordered to attend anger management classes and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
Wahler was also arrested in March in Greenville, N.C., for alleged underage drinking and resisting a public officer during a raid against a local nightclub. He was released on $1,000 bond several hours later.
