The new “Sherlock” trailer is here, and we need a time machine, stat!
“The stage is set, the curtain rises, we are ready to begin,” Benedict Cumberbatch’s 19th-century Sherlock Holmes says in the new trailer, which Masterpiece on PBS dropped on Wednesday to promote “The Sherlock Special.”
The clip features Sherlock in a classic Deerstalker and John Watson (Martin Freeman) sporting a thoroughly fantastic twirled moustache among a series of quick clips from the special.

In addition to the 19th-century set Sherlock special, three more episodes are coming to make up the fourth season of the show.
A stateside premiere date has yet to be announced.
