Aussie singer Olivia Newton-John has wed Amazon Herb Company founder John Easterling, Access Hollywood has learned.

The couple traded vows “in a private ceremony outside of Peru, South America,” before returning stateside for a second ceremony on Jupiter Island, Florida the following week, according to a statement released to Access by the singer’s rep.

Olivia and John told family and friends about their plan to marry at a barbeque on July 4, 2008 at the singer’s home in Malibu, California.

This is the second marriage for both Olivia and John.
