Snooki’s Ex-Boyfriend To ‘Fist Pump For Love’ With Spencer Pratt

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi may not be “Snookin’ For Love” – but one of her exes is.

Emilio Masella, the Gold’s Gym trainer who was dumped by the “Jersey Shore” star over voicemail after four months of dating, will travel the country in search of a new guidette on “Fist Pumping For Love.”

Behind the new dating show is Pratt Productions – the company of “The Hills” villain Spencer Pratt, a rep for the star confirmed to Access Hollywood. His wife, Heidi Montag, is also listed as a producer.

“It is the perfect partnership for me as a growing player in reality television,” Spencer said in a statement to Access. “You haven’t seen nothing yet.”

Emilio himself added that he was “tired of these fake Italian girls.”

“I want a real guidette who can speak Italian, so we are prepared to take my search from Hollywood, Calif., to the streets of Howard Beach in Queens, N.Y.,” he said.

Filming kicked off this week.

Though MTV – home of both “The Hills” and “Jersey Shore” – would seem to be a natural fit, a network was not announced for the new show, and relations between the Pratt-Montags and the network that made them famous have seemed frosty in recent weeks.

“Hills” star Kristin Cavallari recently stated that Spencer was “done” with “The Hills” and would not be returning to the sixth, final season. For her part, Heidi is pursuing a lawsuit against show producer Adam DiVello over alleged harassment – charges MTV has denounced.

The sixth season of “The Hills” is airing now; “Jersey Shore” returns for its second season this summer.
