Victoria Beckham penned a sweet note on Instagram on Thursday, thanking her husband, David Beckham, for his support after she received an honor in the UK.
The Spice Girl and fashion designer posted a pic showing her with Becks and her parents, and the OBE (Order of the British Empire) medal she was presented with.

On Wednesday, Prince William presented Victoria with the medal at Buckingham Palace, in London. She also shared a pic of that moment on Instagram on Wednesday.
