On Tuesday, the Maryland Department of Health confirmed she died of fentanyl and cocaine intoxication. Her manner of death is still undetermined, meaning it’s unclear if it was accidental or not. Jordan died on January 16 at the age of 26. She appeared in a 2014 episode of “16 and Pregnant” alongside her family, then boyfriend Derek Taylor and their daughter Genevieve “Evie” Shae Taylor.
