Amber Heard Hasn’t Paid Full Pledge Of Divorce Settlement Due To ‘Financial’ Issues, ACLU Testifies

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) claims Amber Heard has not yet paid her pledged $3.5 million donation from her divorce settlement from Johnny Depp. Chief Operating Officer of the ACLU, Terence Dougherty, testified this in a pre-recorded deposition from December 2021 that was played to the court on Thursday. In the deposition Dougherty claimed the ACLU had only received $1.3 million in her name to date. Access Hollywood has reached out to Heard’s legal team for comment.
