Brian Laundrie Confessed To Killing Gabby Petito In Notebook, Claimed He ‘Thought It Was Merciful’

Brian Laundrie admitted to killing his fiancée Gabby Petito in a newly-revealed notebook entry. On Friday, the contents of his notebook were released by Steven Bertolino, an attorney for his family, and obtained by Access Hollywood. Laundrie wrote in part, “I ended her life. I thought it was merciful, that it is what she wanted, but I see now all the mistakes I made. I panicked. I was in shock. But from the moment I decided, took away her pain, I knew I couldn’t go on without her.”
