Brittany Cartwright Files For Divorce From Jax Taylor 6 Months After Revealing Their Separation

Brittany Cartwright is taking steps to make her split from Jax Taylor official. “The Valley” star has filed to divorce her estranged husband after more than five years of marriage, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood. Brittany submitted the petition to Los Angeles County Superior Court on Aug. 27. In the document, she cites irreconcilable differences as the grounds for their divorce and lists their date of separation as Jan. 24, 2024, which was the day before her 35th birthday. Access Hollywood has reached out to reps for the former couple for comment.
