Chadwick Boseman’s Death Certificate Reveals Late ‘Black Panther’ Star’s Final Resting Place

Chadwick Boseman’s final resting place has been revealed. The late “Black Panther” star was buried at Welfare Baptist Church cemetery in Belton, S.C., on Sept. 3, Access Hollywood confirms. The service took place just miles from Boseman’s birthplace of Anderson, which held a public memorial the same day. According to a death certificate obtained by Access, Boseman most recently underwent laparoscopic surgery in March to remove cancer that had metastasized. Multiple organ failure was listed as the immediate cause of death with an underlying cause of colon cancer.
