Channing Tatum Says He Was Intimidated By Kirsten Dunst Before Working Together On ‘Roofman’

Channing Tatum and Kirsten Dunst are bringing the heat and the tears! The A-listers star in the anticipated new film “Roofman” and tell Access Hollywood at the Toronto International Film Festival all about taking on the unbelievable true story. Channing stars as Jeffrey Manchester, a real escaped convict who lived in a Toys “R” Us for months while on the run and falls in love with Kirsten’s character, store employee Leigh. The actors tease their chemistry on and off-screen, and Channing explains why he was “intimidated” by Kirsten before they worked together. And, he details the physical transformation he underwent to portray Jeffrey – with whom he spoke at length while preparing for the role. “Roofman” premieres in theaters on Oct. 10.
