Donald Trump Honors U.S. Men’s Hockey Team & Charlie Kirk In State Of The Union Address

The Olympic gold medal-winning U.S. men’s hockey team and late right-wing activist Charlie Kirk were among those honored at President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Feb. 24. The hockey players in attendance received a standing ovation upon Trump’s introduction, which came hours after they visited the White House. Later in the State of the Union, Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, was brought to tears when her late husband was remembered by President Trump.
