Ellen DeGeneres is saying goodbye to daytime TV, at least for now. The comedian confirmed that her namesake talk show will end next year after 19 seasons, and she spoke out about the news on Wednesday’s “Ellen,” telling the audience why she knew in her heart that 19 was the magic number. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t a touch choice, however.
