Gwyneth Paltrow’s Husband Brad Falchuk & Two Kids Will Testify In 2016 Ski Crash Trial (Report)
Gwyneth Paltrow’s husband, Brad Falchuk, and her two kids, Apple and Moses, will reportedly testify in her 2016 ski crash trial. Opening arguments for the civil lawsuit brought by a Utah doctor against the Oscar winner started on Tuesday and her attorney, Stephen Owens, said that some of her family members will testify in the trial, according to People Magazine. Paltrow is being sued by now-retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, who claims she crashed into him while skiing, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood. Sanderson originally filed the lawsuit in January 2019. One month later, Paltrow filed an answer and counter suit alleging that he hit her and denying that she caused the collision.
