Hannah Kobayashi has been declared a “voluntary missing person,” the police revealed at a press conference on Monday. The 30-year-old was seen “crossing the United States border on foot to Mexico,” the LAPD confirmed. The update comes after she had seemingly disappeared after missing a connecting flight in Los Angeles in November.
