Hilary Duff is getting candid about her wellness journey and past struggles. In a new interview Women’s Health Australia, the “How I Met Your Father” star opened up the year-long battle she faced with an eating disorder at the age of 17. She also reflected on how she has had to navigate Hollywood’s perfect body standards while growing up in the spotlight. “Because of my career path, I can’t help but be like, ‘I am on camera and actresses are skinny,’ It was horrifying,” she told the publication.
