John Stamos Shares Heartfelt Tribute To Beach Boys Singer Brian Wilson Following Death

John Stamos is remembering Beach Boys co-founder and singer Brian Wilson. The musician’s family announced his passing on June 11 and shortly after, the “Full House” alum penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. “Brian Wilson didn’t just soundtrack my life…he filled it with color, with wonder, with some of the most unforgettable, emotional, joyful moments I’ve ever known,” he wrote. “It’s hard to put into words what it meant to stand beside him, laugh with him, play his music with him,” he added. John’s longstanding friendship with the Beach Boys started in the 1985 when he performed with them for the first time. Since then, he’s played the drums, guitar and sang with them as a special guest on their tours. The Beach Boys also appeared in an episode of “Full House.” Brian’s family announced in a statement on Instagram that the singer died at 82 but didn’t specify a cause of death.
