The 35-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a lengthy message to her cousin Josh Duggar’s wife Anna Duggar, as Josh awaits sentencing. “If no one else in your life is saying it, I need you to understand that there is no shame in divorcing Josh,” the post reads in part.
