The Rhode Skin founder’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, introduced them at a “Today” show taping when Hailey was a preteen and Justin was a teenager! But sparks didn’t fly until they got older. They first sparked romance rumors in 2014, which they repeatedly denied at the time, but in 2016 they confirmed they were dating. After a messy split the two reconnected in 2018 and got engaged and married that same year.
