Kim Kardashian is keeping it real about her famous face. The beauty mogul opened up to Allure about Botox and filler, insisting she’s had less than many may think. “I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips. … I’ve never had eyelash extensions,” she said, adding that her eyebrows are also natural but she does indulge in “a little bit of Botox.” Kim explained that despite caring about her looks more than “90 percent” of people, she’s “at peace with not being perfect.”
