Meghan Markle could be deposed in her half-sister Samantha Markle’s defamation lawsuit against her. On Tuesday, a Florida judge dismissed the Duchess of Sussex’s motion to discovery pending her motion to dismiss, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood. Samantha is suing the Duchess of Sussex for “defamation and injurious falsehoods,” per the docs.
