The two-time Olympic gold medalist spoke to Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2023 ESPY Awards and revealed what she loves most about sports biggest night. She also got candid about why she always encourages people to be their most authentic selves. “I mean, the biggest thing is like being yourself. I know that’s really easy to say and not easy to do,” she told Access Hollywood. “Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about myself and every step of the way I just kind of try to represent that the best I can. Hopefully people see that and think ‘Oh it’s okay to be a little bit strange, and quirky, and fail and fall,’” she added.
