Nicola Peltz’s Dad Speaks Out About Brooklyn Beckham’s Feud With David & Victoria Beckham

Nelson Peltz is speaking out about the ongoing rift between his daughter Nicola Peltz Beckham and the Beckham family. While onstage at a WSJ Invest Live event on Feb. 3, the businessman made a rare comment about the ongoing feud, weeks after his son-in-law Brooklyn Peltz Beckham confirmed he is estranged from his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. At the event, reporter Lauren Thomas pivoted to the subject by talking about how he approaches negotiations that are in the public eye, then turning the conversation to his family. “Has my family been in the press lately? I haven’t noticed that at all,” he playfully responded. When Lauren asked what advice he gives to his family when navigating these situations, Nelson had a simple answer. “My advice is to stay the hell out of the press. How much good did that do?” he said. The 83-year-old father of eight then directly addressed the situation and sent some love to Nicola and Brooklyn. “My daughter and the Beckhams are a whole other story,” he said. “That’s not for coverage here today, but I’ll tell you my daughter’s great, my son-law Brooklyn is great, and I look forward to them having a long, happy marriage together,” he added.
