Nicole Richie’s Birthday Tribute Suggests Daughter Harlow May Be Going by a Different Name

Nicole Richie’s birthday tribute to her 18-year-old daughter is suggesting the teenager doesn’t go by Harlow anymore. On Monday, Jan. 12, the “Simple Life” star posted a message on Instagram for her daughter’s special day. “18 years of you @katemaddennn,” Richie wrote in a joint post with husband Joel Madden featuring snaps of the teenager, including ones where she debuted pink hair. In addition to sending tons of birthday wishes, eagle eyed fans commented on the 18-year-old’s username, which goes by one of her middle names, as she was born Harlow Winter Kate. “Happy Birthday!? Did she change her name?” one user questioned, while another wrote in response, “I was thinking that myself, wasn’t it Harlow[?]” Richie and Madden also share 16-year-old son, Sparrow.
