Pete Davidson Avoids Jail Time, Will Do 50 Hours Of Community Service For Reckless Driving

Pete Davidson has struck a deal in his reckless driving case. The “Saturday Night Live” comedian has been placed on an 18 month diversion program. He will serve 50 hours of community service which may take place in New York, and has been ordered to attend 12 hours of traffic school, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office confirmed to NBC News. The 29-year-old was previously charged with one count of reckless driving in June after allegedly crashing his car into a Beverly Hills, Calif. home with girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders in the passenger seat.
