Prince Harry Recreates Princess Diana ‘Splash Mountain’ Moment With Prince Archie at Disneyland

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie to California’s Disneyland to celebrate Lilibet’s 4th birthday, and photos of the family’s Disney day were reminiscent of a moment the Duke of Sussex shared with his mother, the late Princess Diana, more than 30 years ago. In 1993, a then 8-year-old Harry, 11-year-old Prince William, and their mom took over Walt Disney World in Florida for a day, and famously rode “Splash Mountain” together. Fast forward to June 6, 2025, the Duchess of Sussex shared an Instagram video which included a photo of Prince Archie and his parents riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the modern version of the ride Prince Harry rode with his mother all those years ago.
