Prince Harry To Attend King Charles’ Coronation Without Meghan Markle, Archie Or Lilibet
Prince Harry will be present for King Charles’ coronation, but without Meghan Markle or their children. The Duke of Sussex is set to attend his father’s big day at Westminster Abbey on May 6, Buckingham Palace confirmed on Wednesday. In a statement obtained by NBC News, the palace said it was, quote, “pleased” to announce Harry’s presence, adding that Meghan, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will stay home in California. A rep for the couple also confirmed their plans to Access Hollywood, while Sussex friend and royal reporter Omid Scobie pointed out on Twitter that Archie’s birthday falling on the same day as the service likely “played a factor” in the decision.
