Rebecca Ferguson Gets Support From Dwayne Johnson After Revealing Past Co-Star Once Screamed At Her

Rebecca Ferguson is speaking out about an upsetting on-set experience with an unnamed past co-star. The “Dune: Part Two” actress shared her story on the podcast “Reign with Josh Smith,” revealing that she was once berated on set by an “absolute idiot of a co-star.” “This human being was being so insecure and angry, because this person couldn’t get the scenes out. And I think I was so vulnerable and uncomfortable that I got screamed at. But because this person was No. 1 on a call sheet, there was no safety net for me, so no one had my back,” Rebecca said. She added that she later stood up for herself on set and asked to act with them turned away from her, naming it as a moment she was proud to use her voice. Rebecca didn’t disclose who the co-star was, but clarified that it wasn’t Hugh Jackman or Tom Cruise. Following her revelation, her “Hercules” co-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared support for her on X, writing, “Hate seeing this but love seeing her stand up to bulls***. Rebecca was my guardian angel sent from heaven on our set. I love that woman. I’d like to find out who did this.”
