Sayaka Kanda, Japanese Anime Actress And Singer, Dead At 35

Sayaka Kanda has died at the age of 35. The Japanese actress “suddenly died” at 9:40 PM on Dec. 18, according to a message on her website. The statement also reveals that the situation is being investigated. Local outlet Kyodo News reports that the star’s body was found at 1 PM on Saturday in an outdoor area on the 14th floor of the hotel where she as staying in Sapporo, Japan. She was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
