Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Sexual Assault, Drugging In New Lawsuit Filed By Former Model

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new serious allegations. The rapper has been accused of allegedly sexually assaulting and drugging former model Crystal McKinney in 2003. In documents filed on Tuesday and obtained by Access Hollywood, Crystal alleges that the two met at a restaurant in New York City and that Diddy “made a very public display of coming on” to her in a “sexually suggestive manner which continued throughout the dinner.” The documents continue to claim that the rapper told the model, who was 22 at the time, that he was going to “help her advance her career” and later invited her to his studio where he was with “several other men.” There, Crystal alleges that she was offered a joint that she claims was “laced” and that she felt pressured to continue ingesting more alcohol and more marijuana, despite her allegedly insisting earlier that she had enough after the initial “powerful” hit. The former model then accuses the rapper of allegedly forcing her to “perform oral sex on him” after “kissing her without her consent” in a bathroom. She further claims that she “lost consciousness” afterwards and awoke “in shock to find herself in a taxicab.” NBC News has reached out to representatives for Diddy and Universal Music Group, but did not immediately hear back. Attorneys for Crystal declined to comment Tuesday, per NBC News.
