‘Survivor’ 46’s Jelinsky Says Q First Suggested Quitting Sweat Task: ‘It Wasn’t Even On My Radar’
“Survivor” kicked off its 46th season on Feb. 28 with David Jelinsky being the first castaway voted out of the game. Access Hollywood spoke with the 22-year-old slot machine salesman about his experience in the game, including his and Q’s now-infamous sweat task. Jelinsky said that Q was the one who first brought up quitting the sweat task, adding that he wouldn’t have thrown in the towel if his tribemate hadn’t proposed it. He also broke down his decision to fold at the journey with Maria and Tevin. Plus, he shared details on his idol hunt and revealed who he’d team up with in a theoretical all-first boots season. “Survivor” airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on CBS.
