Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is speaking out about son Gus’ reaction in a viral moment from the Democratic National Convention. “It was just such a visceral, emotional moment that I’m just grateful I got to experience it, and I’m so proud of him,” said Walz in an Aug. 29 interview on CNN. 17-Year-old Gus Walz has a nonverbal learning disorder, ADHD, and an anxiety disorder. The teen went viral because of his reaction to his father’s speech as he accepted his vice presidential nomination on Aug. 21.
