Todd Chrisley Says He Read 116 Books In Prison & Found Maya Angelou’s Writing ‘Very Helpful’

Todd Chrisley is opening up about what his day-to-day life was like behind bars. During the ABC News Studios’ special “The Chrisleys: Life After Lockup,” which is streaming on Hulu, Todd, his wife Julie, and their daughter Savannah sat down with co-anchor Juju Chang for one of the first extensive interviews they’ve done since being pardoned by President Donald Trump and released from their respective prisons one month ago. The reality TV patriarch said that while he didn’t entertain the idea of doing chores while serving his time, he claim to have read 116 books during the 2-year stay.
