Tom Hanks, Tina Fey, Scarlett Johansson, & More Welcome Martin Short Into ‘SNL’ Five-Timers Club

Martin Short is officially in “Saturday Night Live’s” Five-Timers club! The “Only Murders in the Building” star was inducted into the show’s elite club during the cold open on Dec. 21 with the help of its fellow A-list members including, Tom Hanks, Paul Rudd, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Scarlett Johansson, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Emma Stone, and John Mulaney. Jimmy Fallon also made a cameo in the star-studded sketch. Plus, “SNL’s” Christmas episode, which featured Hozier as its musical guest, saw Weekend Update anchors Colin Jost and Micheal Che participate in their infamous, annual joke swap which included live reactions from Jost’s wife, Scarlett Johannson.
