Usher is setting the record straight on rumors he had asked Justin Bieber to perform with him at the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show. The music superstar clarified the situation in a new interview with “The Breakfast Club,” telling host Charlamagne tha God that he and his longtime friend and former protégé did speak about Justin possibly joining the all-star lineup. “I honor and recognize that my brother… I think that it might’ve been the fact that he’s just wanting to tell a different story right now, and I understand that,” Usher said.
