Ana de Armas and the “Blonde” crew made sure to get Marilyn Monroe’s blessing before shooting the film. The 34-year-old actress is portraying the iconic movie star in the upcoming Netflix film. She told AnOther magazine that she and the crew visited the late star’s grave in Los Angeles on the first day of shooting and asked her “permission” to film the movie. We got this big card and everyone in the crew wrote a message to her,” she said. “Then we went to the cemetery and put it on her grave. We were asking for permission in a way.”
