Artem Chigvintsev Breaks Silence After Arrest, Nikki Garcia Split

Artem Chigvintsev is breaking his silence. The former “Dancing with the Stars” pro spoke out for the first time following his arrest on suspicion of felony domestic violence last month – and one day after it was announced prosecutors had declined to file criminal charges against him. In a statement to E! News, Chigvintsev shared in part, “I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped. This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed.”
