Bethenny Frankel is getting real about her health – and sharing a message for those commenting on her appearance. In a new Instagram video on Thursday, “The Real Housewives of New York” alum addressed those who have asked about her changing in appearance. She explained that she suffers from severe dehydration, which her doctor said is connected to her ongoing battle with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, known as POTS. “I’m bloated, swollen and I’ve gained 4 lbs in 3 days because my body is desperately hanging on to any water it can,” she wrote in her caption.
