Beyoncé’s Daughter Blue Ivy Was Motivated By Hateful Dance Criticism On Renaissance Tour

Blue Ivy Carter is using her haters as motivation. Beyoncé celebrated the world premiere of “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” in Los Angeles on Saturday night, and some of the revelations are surprising! One of the biggest takeaways from the documentary was how Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s 11-year-old daughter fought for her position next to her mom as a back-up dancer on her world tour. “She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her no,” Beyoncé says in the film. Eventually, Blue was reportedly promised one performance, however Bey ended up letting her join in at a number of shows, establishing the young dancer as a staple during the concert. In the film, it’s revealed that the preteen got access to social media from a friend after her first night dancing and read negative comments, which ultimately drove her to be better. She wasn’t deterred and trained more which thrilled her hardworking mama.
