Britney Spears Picks New Celebrity Attorney For Conservatorship Battle

Britney Spears has selected a new lawyer. Former federal prosecutor, Mathew Rosengart, has agreed to represent the pop princess in her ongoing legal battle, according to Page Six. While a judge still has to approve the choice, Mathew is expected to be in court as early as today to represent Britney in her plight to end her conservatorship. Britney’s representation has worked with several A-listers, including Sean Penn, and will reportedly ask the judge to approve his appointment. The news comes just one week after Britney’s current attorney, Samuel Ingham III submitted his resignation, at her request.
