Now, People is taking a look at some of the shocking claims made in the upcoming HBO docuseries “What Happened, Brittany Murphy?” The series examines her death and the allegedly dark past of her husband Simon Monjack, who died months after the “Clueless” star did. The film’s director claimed to the outlet, “He was a disturbed individual who was used to conning people, and Brittany was one of his last victims.”
