‘Dancing Engineer’ TikTok Star Jainer Moises Pinedo Vargas Dies of Dengue Fever At 34

TikTok star and Peruvian engineer Jainer Moises Pinedo Vargas has died after contracting Dengue fever. According to a Peru21 report, the TikToker passed away on Sunday, Aug. 18 at 34 years old.
Vargas first revealed he had Dengue in a post on July 14. His last TikTok on Aug. 1 shows the “dancing engineer” in what appears to be a hospital room. In a caption written in Spanish, he revealed to his followers that he had 20 percent of his energy. The outlet reports his condition worsened when he developed pneumonia. Doctors also reportedly found that Vargas had Hodgkins Lymphoma, a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system.
